Das Natur Hell der Olchinger Braumanufaktur ist eine naturbelassene Bierspezialität. Das bedeutet, dass das Bier bei der Herstellung nicht filtriert wurde, und somit alle natürlichen Bestandteile im Bier verbleiben. Zudem wird das Bier nicht pasteurisiert, also nach der Herstellung nicht ultrahocherhitzt. Beides wirkt sich sehr positiv auf den Geschmack aus.
Zudem lagert das Bier länger und es werden zwei unterschiedliche traditionelle Hopfensorten (Perle und Tradition) verwendet. Das Ergebnis ist ein besonders vollmundiges und rundes Geschmackserlebnis.

On tap at the Brewpub, Olching, Saturday 20th May 2023 on a beautiful sunny ☀️ day. Pours cloudy yellow with a large white head. The aroma has a very slight sulphur/eggyness or a beer person from the UK would suggest 'Burton Snatch'. A little cereal maltiness, a late fruity tang. Good but easily eclipsed by my previous beer.

330 ml bottle. Slightly unclear dark golden, fluffy head. Grassy hoppy, some sourdough, hay, citrus, slightly metallic. Dry hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry hoppy bitter finish. A rather crisp and good Helles!

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is toasty malt, slight grapes, yeast, grains (in a good way). Taste is the same nice grains. Finish is fresh sour. Bready, drinkable. FUll bodied. Very nice.

Bottle. Low offwhite head. Cloudy Golden. Light hay, a bit pear and apple, a hint smoky, ok hop balance, medium light body, ok.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Trübes leuchtend goldenes Bier mit einer sehr großen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch mild getreidig malzig, mild hopfig, Heu. Geschmack mild hopfig, Heu, getreidig.

Tap. Golden color with nice white head. Aroma is sweet grains, a bit starchy. Taste is grainy, starch. High carbonation, grainy aftertaste. Meh.
