Bottle. Milky grey yellow, offwhite lace. Passion fruit on light straw and minerals. Salty, mealy malt base, fruity notes, light herbal, could be cleaner, but ok.

Bottle. Hazy yellow-orange color with white head. Aroma is some fruit esters, a bit milky yeasts, a bit DMS. Taste is slightly buttery, more estery fruit aromas and milky yeasts. Medium carbonation, rather sweet. Not excellent.

11.2 oz. bottle. Pour is deep gold and hazy with a considerable white head. Some sediment at the bottom of the bottle, which for the most part, did not make it into my glass. Aroma is citrus, spice, and light-malt, almost wheat-like. Taste is orange peel, spice, bread, wheat, and mild lime with some floral elements. Finishes dry and mildly bitter. Light-bodied. Moderate to high carbonation. Not bad.

Hazy yellow color, good cloudy off-white head. Dish water aroma with hints of citrus and yeast. Medium-bodied. Lime, yeast, Saison-spiceyness. Basic elements are there for Saison but lacks depth.
