It's also been a minute since we last tripped on a hop, so this time its Azacca's turn. Slightly bitter with tropical flavours and a big hit of citrus and stonefruit, we've become quite fond of Azacca here at S43, so we're very excited to give it it's turn in the spotlight!

440ml can from Sophie's Beerstore: Canned on 3rd Nov 2020, BB 3rd Jun 2021. Drank at home on 6th Mar 2021. Lasting white crown on a hazy golden body. Citrus front to the nose and taste, mango being the main player within the tropical fruit selection. Decent, without getting me excited.

440ml can Sophies Beer Store. Hazed gold appearance, smooth fuzzy white head. Aroma of a 0eachy apricot smoothie persuasion. Taste is smooth, light, fairly dry overall with a modest stonefruit character. Sessionable with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and enough of a fruity profile to keep you sipping. Decent.
