500ml bottle from Beers of Europe Clear amber with a small creamy looking head Aroma of citrus, pine and biscuit malts. Quite hoppy. Taste is citrusy, piney, caramel and somewhat astringent although sweetness offsets to a degree. Nice mouthfeel being smooth, dry, soft carbonation

Bottle from Truckles, Burnham-on-sea. Aroma had low key resin. Hazy-opaque amber. Thick foamy white head... we have a gusher. Medium bodied. Resinous. If not a long lasting impact. Hints of peripheral berries. Light underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Much better than I was expecting from a twiggy pusher's SIPA.

Rocky white head on an unclear golden coloured body. Pine, tangerine & bitter citrussy aroma. Medium bodied, creamy on the tongue thinning out to a clean back. Pine, lemon, zesty, floral & sharp citrussy tastes. Really nice Session Ale.

500ml bottle from Gluten Free Beer online. Gluten Free. Bright amber colour, off-white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of citrus, fruity, pine. Taste is malt, caramel, fruity, with some citrus, pine, and resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle online from The Cheddar Brewery. Pours a hazy amber colour with a thin off white head. Nice aromas of both tropical and citrus fruits and some pine. Taste is again very fruity, more pine, biscuits, a touch of caramel and just the right amount of pithy hoppyness on the finish. Not overpowering and smooth. Very fresh. Medium body, low carbonation and smooth mouthfeel. Excellent beer enjoyed.

First beer in a little tasting session with myself on 29th Jan 2021. 500ml bottle conditioned; BBE Mar 2022. No sediment left the bottle, so I got a bright and clear amber body, the head an off-white affair that stayed the distance. The Cara Malts rule the roost in this brew, other stuff going on, but it's caramel all the way really. My sweet tooth liked it, didn't notice any Mosaic or Simcoe influence even if the bottle label claims they give powerful hints of ripe mango etc, etc.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - amber with a big fluffy white head. Nose - pine for sure, but dominated by caramel. There's a biscuit backdrop. Taste - again pine dominated by caramel. Didn't get the fruity hop notes mentioned in the description. Palate - light bodied, a bit sweet in the middle, decent balance on the finish. Overall - so so!
