Pale Face gets its silky texture from a blend of malted barley, wheat and oats. With hints of grapefruit and passionfruit breaking through, this is a delicious and refreshing pale ale.

Bottle split at L6 tasting, thanks to Danny, 02/03/23. Golden blonde topped with a white head. Nose is citric sherbets, grass, straw, pale malts. Taste comprises light breads, grass, tangerine, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. Waste of cals tbh.

330ml bottle: BB 27th Oct 2021 (brewed by Ridgeway); obtained from Beers of Europe. Drank at home on 23rd Jan 2021. Third beer in my random tasting session with myself, eating cheese and biscuits as I rate! Clean and clear golden body, fast fading white head. Citrus fruit lead in both the nose and taste, some decent maltiness comes through too. Got better as it warmed a little in the glass.
