One our single hopped range of beers, using Ekuanot hops from the USA (this hop variety was initially released as "Experimental 366"). This is a rich blonde ale with hints of tropical fruit in the aroma and a bitterness that leans toward papaya and lime. There is a lovely tart bitter finish.

Cask at Wildcat, Stirchley, Birmingham. Amazingly this is my first beer from this brewery. Clear gold with small white creamy looking top. Notes of peach, damp grass, sweet malt, semi-drying, reasonable mouthfeel. Ok.

13/4/2024. Cask at the 11th Isle of Man Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, tropical fruits, mango, papaya, straw, fruit husk notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average to soft carbonation. Bittersweet fruit finish. A fruity little number.

Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Light gold and clear with a large off- white head. Citrus soda, some white grape. Nice if a little artificial. Sweet taste, more fruit notes, some soap. Bitterness long after the finish. Low carbonation, thin oily body. Disappointing.

Cask, hand-pulled pint at The Pheasant Inn & Brewery, Wellington Shropshire on Christmas Eve 2020. Booked a table for myself, the wife, son and Bertie the dog 13:00 until 15:00. Nursed a Craft Sausage Roll, three strips of Cheddar and a few Crisps while drinking four pints, this one being the second beer of the mini-session. Clean and clear golden pour, snow white top. Aroma is all about citrus fruitiness, as is the taste, which is fairly dry and bitter, especially in the finish. Lemon, limes and grapefruit being the most prominent fruits flavour and nose wise.

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Blond with a small head. Dryish and bland with its hop. There's a fruity sweetness there, but it is struggling for release within the ale!
