A sparkling light and refreshing beer, brewed in the craft style. The lager malt provides a hint of biscuit with an aromatic citric hop arising from the blend of Saaz and Hallertau varieties. Blonde is a well balanced, easy drinking beer, best served chilled.

Old rating - A pint in the Tiki Hut, St Helier. A refreshing lager which was better than I expected.

On keg at the Crab Shack, St Brelade. Appearance - golden and clear. Proportionate white head. Nose - sweetcorn, bitter salad and biscuit. Taste - more bitter salad and green beans. Bready. Palate - light bodied, nice bitter middle and finish. Overall - great lager.

Half-pint in The Ship & Crown, St. Peter Port, Guernsey on 9th Sep 2019. Not too sure what's 'craft' about it? Bog standard lager in looks and taste, a little citrus note here and there, some mild malty flavour maybe. Refreshing, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Keg half pint at The White Horse, St. Helier (had a full pint later). Pale golden colour, white head. Moderate floral aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, nice. Floral and herbal moderate hops in the flavour, not too sweet.
