Bottle from Booths Supermarket, Keswick. Golden with a small head. Golden styled ale with plenty of red-berry fruit in aroma and taste, with strawberry dominant so it’s inoffensive in this respect. I found unless you slow sip it can get overbearing in its sweetened fruitiness.

500ml bottle; BB 30th Apr 2019. Shared during a tasting session (between four) on 16th Dec 2018. Blush blonde body, weak white crown. Aroma and taste dominated by strawberries, late on a raspberry tartness appears. A lot better than I expected to be honest.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - orange amber. Hint of red from the fruit. Decent lacing. Nose - very sweet strawberry, like the syrup on an ice cream. Taste - more strawberry syrup. Malty backbone. Palate - light to medium and a bit sweet. Overall - not unpleasant but quite artificial.

Bottle from Booths, Penwortham, shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Strong strawberry and raspberry aromas. Doesn't say artificial flavouring, but smells like it. Taste is sweet, definitely artificial fruit in there. Bit grim.

Cask@Charlies Bar, Copenhagen - golden amber pour with a very light reddish hue, with a nice white throthy head. Aroma and taste is fruiry and malty with light berry fruity accents, some strawberry, light vanilla nuance, light hoppy, easy drinking refreshing brew in this weather.

Cask at the Cherry Tree, Woodbridge. Pours pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet malt, strawberries, strawberries and cream sweets. Fairly heavy sweetness, very light bitterness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
