This 9 hop extravaganza packs a punch! The colour of spring sunshine beaming through the forests and the aroma is of mediteranean fruit and pine. The flavour is rich with refreshing hints of lemons and quince with a satisfyingly bitter finish.

Cask. Sheffield Tap. Clear, light gold. Foamy white head. Nose has bready malts. Some digestive biscuit. Fresh leaf hop. Some citrus notes, mostly orange. Taste is crisp, lean bitterness. No sweetness here. Light body. Hop oiliness. Long, green hop bitterness to finish. Punchy golde.

Cask @ Ramsbottom Tap, Ramsbottom. Clear golden with a thick creamy head. Heavily hopped but within a sessionable texture that has a slight dryness.

29th Sep 2017: cask half-pint in The Station Hotel, Oakengates Shropshire. Clear light golden body, white topping. Hop centric but not overly bitter. Leaning towards a citrusy aroma and taste but not enough to turn me off (fed up with citrus flavoured golden ales). Liked it.
