Old big bottle from SinH4, many thanks! Hazy dark amber, low offwhite head. Lovely fresh fruity barnyard aroma, peach apple and horseblanket. Medium full dry chewy dry, leather and minerals, tart to sour in the end. Lovely wild notes, Brett and tart in the end, Really nice.

Bouteille 75cl, BB 12/2029, anno 2016. Dorée-ambrée, col fin blanc retombant rapidement. Arôme fin boisé, funk, impression de lambic - malté sur rétro d'effluves aigrelettes moyennes, nez de vieille cave. Palais est aigrelet plaisant, note prononcée de funk, aigreur tenace sans être trop prononcée, petite note de vin - Cabernet, léger en barrique, plus de funk avec un petit effet vinaigré. Une interprétation de lambic plutôt bien réalisée mais qui reste quand même sur un style plus américain - wild sour ale.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Aggressive bouillon aroma, who the hell thought that salty vegetables were nice in the nose. Then, almost water in the mouth. Slightly sour, a bit of vinegar, not much else. Meh, what a disappointment.

Bottle. Orange color with small head. Aroma is urinal cake, vegetable soup, sausage water. Taste is white wine vinegar, sausage water. Low carbonation. I would not have released this if I were the brewer.

Bottle pour at sourfest. Pours with a lightly hazed copper-golden hued body with no head. Aromas are of grapes, musty, funky, red and white wine. Medium vinous. Flavors are tart. Very, very acidic, red wine, acetic. Huge acetic burn on the finish that is pretty unbearable.

Ale aged in oak barrel, brewed in 2006
Cloudy amber color, with very little carbonation, sparse bubbles. It has strong acidic aroma, some acetone, wood, dusty cellar, fruits, light cheese.
The flavor is extremely sour, there is really too much acetone, paint thinner; some malt flavor, light wood, bread, cheese. The final is more lemony, still aggressively sour.
It reminds me of the extreme tests done by Storm in Canada. Too much to be really good; and also very difficult to drink.
