Cask @ Moon Under Water, Manchester. Paler tawny-gold colour with a thin head. Has a small citrus aroma and taste with a very sessionable texture and strength. Mildly malty.

30th Sep 2015: hand-pulled cask pint in my local Wetherspoons. Light amber body, clear and bright, the head an off-white blanket of lasting foam. Mild blend of light malts and semi-citrusy hops: nothing strong or interesting to be honest, a bog standard session ale with no outstanding features or character to set it apart. Disappointed even though there was nothing wrong with it, just a bit bland.

Clear light amber with medium creamy beige head. Green slightly nutty, with some citrus and underlying malt aroma. Creamy malt sweetness and mild mellow finish.
