6 3 5 2 10Draft at PiwPaw, Parkingowa Warsaw. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of lemon and light brett funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft sample @ PiwPaw. Ambrée, col blanc. Arôme léger de brett, rétro citornné avec profil belge. Le tout n’est pas spécialement plaisant avec un bouquet de grains dominant, et relent de bretts. Palais est un mélange bizarre de douceur et pointe aigre brett, pas vraiment l’attente de bière de garde. Retrouve une impression de pomme, sorte d’ester belge arrive à percer. Effet noble houblonné ajoutant une note citronnée. Malt pâle, cara et pils avec un fini mi-doux qui vient percuter le caractère plus brett.

On tap. Cloudy brownish-amber, good creamy foam. Aroma: slightly sour, grassy, malty, cattle. Taste: malty, a little candy, wine, sweet.

Draught. Brown colour, small head, does not stay long, decent lacing. Nose is intensively wild, sauerkraut, a bit floral. Mouth is mostly cake, but also wild. Light bitterness. Medium body, medium carbonation, drinkable. Very good.
