22/8/2024. From BIAB at the 32nd East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright copper amber with minimal head. Aroma is apple, baked, juicy. Quite sweet, light bitterness, touch tart. Medium body, oily and smooth, soft carbonation. Drying finish. Tidy.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, musty, apple core. Taste is sweet, apple, some core and skin, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB: Poured a golden orange with a white head. Aroma is musty, apple, tannin. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity.

Bladder bag at the Royston, Broadstairs, 25/11/21. Clear golden copper with some fading white bubbles. Nose is crisp apple, grains, tannins, apple pie. Taste comprises apple pulp, caramel, straw, tannins, light farmyard presence. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Solid flavoursome cider.

Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer festival. Pours golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of apples, red apples, little wood. Flavor is sweet, apples, red apples, little sugar. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, little sweet finish. 160217

Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tart apples, fruits flowers, stable and sulphur. Nice light sour finish.

Golden clear with no head. Aroma is white wine, yeast, minimal apple. Taste is surprisingly heavy sweet, like honey and alcohol. Really watery. Overall ok I guess.

Bag-in-box. Golden color with no head. Aroma is white wine vinegar, quite sweet, some honey. Taste is red apples, caramel, honey, on the sweet side. Flat. Good, on the full and sweet side.
