With Far Out we're going back to a classic Pale Ale, with a refreshing bitterness and biscuity & caramel notes. 3 different versions staring 3 different New Zealand hops from the 2021 harvest. The differences:

Rakau: big hints of strawberry tart
Motueka: citrusy nose with herbal flavours
Riwaka: floral & kumquat aroma with zesty grapefruit bitterness

GUSHER ALERT!
Cloudy orange beer, huge creamy white pillowy head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, very juicy, fruity, white grapes, some citrus, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, bit malty, soapy touch, lots of citrus, bitter grapefruit, zesty, very bitter. Aftertaste: some tropical fruits, very bitter, zesty, citrus, orange marmalade, bitter orange peel, some tropical fruits, nice!

44cl can, BB 01/04/2022.
Vertical tasting of all 3 versions.
Dorée sur léger voile, col épais crémeux - plus de rétention des trois versions.
Arôme est finement fruité - léger sur les fruits à noyaux - abricot, tropical avec une petite pointe de poire en retrait avec un soupçon de prune - quetsche avec une petite touche de pin en rétro.
Palais est léger, sur le grain - malt pâle - rondeur des flocons d'avoine. Houblonné, fruité sur un léger côté jus de prune, poire - et une amertume assez sèche en fin de bouche.

44cl can from the brewery. F: big, egg-white, long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, orange, tangerine, mellow tropical fruits, bit spicy, grapefruits. T: medium malty base, orange, perfumed, floral, dry on the palate, tropical fruits, bit herbal, medium carbonation, quite nice, enjoyed.
