Possmann Frankfurter Äpfelwein, Literflasche von Edeka, Niederweimar. - Blaßgelb, blank. - In der Nase recht natürliche, fein herbfruchtige Apfelaromen, zarte Süße, blasse holzige Herbe. - Antrunk etwas dünn apfelig (grüne Äpfel), zart säuerlich, weniger herb und etwas süßer als erwartet. Ganz milde Kohlensäure, schlank, spritzig. Im Abgang zarte holzige Herbe. - Aromatisch leichter und nicht so kernig wie einige andere hessische Apfelweine, erkennbar für ein breites Publikum gedacht. Immerhin rund und erfrischend. (13.5.2023.)

Bottle (Milk Head Beer Store). Bought because I remember liking this in mid-80s Frankfurt. Marked as 6% ABV. Yellow, no head. Sharpish apple aroma. Not quite still. A bit of body. Rather austere apple taste with a bit of sourness as well as acidity and wood. Yeah, still quite like it.

On tap at Skylounge @ Galleria Kaufhof, Frankfurt. Pale straw coloured without any head. Mild apple aroma with slightly earthy notes and hints of spices. Medium sweet with light acidic notes. Fair enough.

Bottle pours out a pale straw topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is earthy sour apple and a touch of sweetness. Taste is more of the earthy sour tart notes and a funky apple.

Bottle. A- Apple. A- Gold color, clear liquid, no head. T- Stale, apples. P- Light body, average texture, flat carbonation, bland finish. O- Tasted like an expired Redds. Bleh.

Trockener Apfelantrunk. Wässriger Hintergrund, weich fruchtig. Die eh milden Apfelnoten verschwinden zusehends im Hintergrund, es bleibt ein trockenes und wenig karbonisiertes Getränk. Noch ok. 9/7/8/7/7/7

Many thanks fort this Apple wine to marisz. 1000ml and drink only about 150ml. Zwykly, wodnisty napoj lekko gazowany, lekko kwaskowy i lekko owocowy, oczywiscie delikatne odmiany jablek. Przypominalo mi troche nasze papierowki z ogrodu. Na upal i dla kilku osob jakos moze byc. Ale do powolnego saczenia i sie delektowania to raczej nie, bardzo wodniste.
