in the style of German weizen. The special
Bavarian weizen yeast strain contributes
pronounced banana and clove character often associated with this beer style and the careful balance of malts delivers a very refreshing wheat beer true to this historic style.

Troebel geel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is bitter met een heel licht zuurtje en iets van citrus.

Bottle @ tasting shared with TomHendriksen and Inoven. Clear pale yellow color, huge foamy rough bubbly white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is pleasantly light citrus. Flavor is decently malty, again light citrus notes, light hop, pleasant bitterness. Very pleasant imo. Well done.

Fles gedeelt door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven. Het is een licht troebel, licht geel bier met een vol schuimend wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige geur en smaak.

Keg at MK VHX, 13/08/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy citric peel, grass, breads, straw, toasted grains. Taste comprises light yeast esters, wheaten bread, straw, lemon sherbet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for the style.

(Keg at Oljenkorsi, 20180716) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citricness, spiciness and lightly lemon peel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. An interesting spicy brew. Refreshing.
