La nostra reinterpretazione dello stile Pilsner fatta con puro malto italiano. I luppoli di coltivazione esclusivamente nazionale scelti per questa birra ed il loro sapiente dosaggio nelle diverse fasi della bollitura le donano un aroma deciso ed un amaro persistente.

0.5l bottle. Golden body with a quickly collasing white head. Aroma and taste of bread and grains. The taste shows a bit of floral hops too. Light bodied beer with low carbonation. Classic euro lager I would say.

Bottle from Fonefan, thanks! Blonde. Grainy aroma and flavor with a hint of apple. Standard boring bland lager.

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo velato, al naso e in bocca malto cereali e leggero miele, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Non male, meglio di molte altre. 02.01.19

Bottle. Golden in colour with a decent, white head. Sweetish brew, with some tired hops, flabby malts and metallic finish. Sink pour.

Bottled, 0.50l. Clear pale golden color with large frothy white head, good lacing and tiny lively bubbles. Aroma of moderate caramel, cereals, light herbal hops and banana hints. Taste starts with light sweet malt, followed grainy and slight grassy, while finished light bitter. Medium body, dry texture and lively, but gentle carbonation in palate. Not as bitter as German pilsners, but very drinkable, however still mellows in few minutes after opening...

Familia, Jesolo. Looked cool, hoped it would taste cool... Golden. Grainy malty nose, light dust. Soft malty taste, light, some sweetness, slightly grainy. Not bad essentially

Bottle 500ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG12, Ulfborg.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, grassy, herbs, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
