Capped 750 from Cap Tap. Pours bright gold with a white head that fizzed away quickly. Mildly sour aroma of mixed fruits with a non-musty wood note. Med body. It's mildly sour. Flavor is pale stone fruits and some wood. Which seems lightly musty. It's rather clean and refreshing. Very dry. Not bitter. Mildly acidic.
