Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a nice hay and grass combination with a bit of straw and bread backing. Flavor has a combination of slightly dank grass and hay with a growing straw presence.

Clean, earthy profile with a bit of grass as well as some dough malt underneath. Medium bodied. Classic, simple.

Gold, bright, big pale malt nose, slightly grassy. Medium bitterness, grassy hops. The malt os quite prominent so thinking Bavarian. But in that context, a good example.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of straw and light grass. Flavour brings out lots of grass, followed by light herbal hops and biscuity malt. Correctly brewed, with a nice grassy bitterness on the finish. Very good.

Tap at the brewery. Golden color with white head. Aroma is grain soup, some vegetables. Taste is grainy, earthy, rather crisp. Cleaner than other Pilsners I’ve had here, but still not a proper Pilsner.
