Black with a lasting off-white head. Light roasted aroma with chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Sweetish roasted flavour.

(Draught at Mikkeller Söder, Stockholm, 24 Sep 2022) Black colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with oak wood, dark chocolate, black bread, prunes and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark chocolate, liquorice, oak wood, rye bread, whisky, prunes and a mild roasty bitterness in a vinous finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made imperial stout, with a well balanced whisky barrel character. Very nice.

Can sample at a tasting at Schnitt brewpub in Tel Aviv. Thanks Or Cohen. Black, tan foam. Lots of whiskey, roast, vegetal notes, some alcohol, sweet, a bit light.

Jet black with a rich light brown head. Tons of cocoa on the nose. Rich cocoa and chocolate with a creamy finish. Touch of coconut. Solid.

Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, alcohol, and dark chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, alcohol, and hints of smoke, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@Ferm, Copenhagen - black pour with a beige head. Dark roasted and sweet malty, rich chocolate, cocoa nibs, fudge and caramel oozing sweetness, mellow coffee roast, full bodied with whisky soaked wooden accents throughout the warming lingering dark malty finish. Very nice autumn/winter warmer.
