  Amber / Red Ale Regular
Score

ABV: 6.7% IBU: - Ticks: 9
Ale Beer style with strong personality, amber with ruby trends characterized by an important hopping but definitely not brash and which emphasizes it, without overwhelm the particularity of special malts used that give hints of coffee, chocolate and licorice. The foam is one of the most important qualities of this beer it is amazing certainly for persistence and fineness of texture. The alcohol title is of 6.7 volumes.
This beer, like any other of our products, it is not filtered neither pasteurized, but follows a patient clarification process at low temperatures which allows the sedimentation and the consequent removal of the biomass produced by the fermentation.
The second fermentation that takes place in the bottle produces the typical carbonation.
You may want to enjoy it at a temperature not too cold and at around 10 degrees. It is also good with challenging dishes such as meat or risotto.

Bottiglia.

Bottle, courtesy of anstei. Dark amber-brown color with big beige head. Aroma is berry fruits, cat piss, coffee, caramel. Taste is dry, dark bread, more berries, caramel, juicy, bitter finish. Carbonation is low to medium, creamy mouthfeel. Nice, but could be more pronounced. It’s a bit too juicy for my liking, but still very good. As it opens up, some more earthiness comes in there and a unique character element I usually get in Real Ales. The low carbonation fits that.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. A rather strong and hoppy amber, lots of red. Very bitter. Still has the malt backbone, but hides well behind the strong bitterness.
