Bottiglia lotto 21.

Bottle picked up in Zurich (forgot where) Switzerland, consumed outside Frank (Camper) whilst making home made burgers at Fischers Fritz Camping, Kirchner, Nr Zurich, Saturday 25th June 2016. Pours hazy orange gold/mid amber with a mid sized steady white head. A little bit dry, fruity in the mouth with a little bittersweet grapefruit. This is a fine IPA, it’s not exciting but it’s decent enough. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2016-2 thanks to Anstei] @ home. Clear orange golden color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, nicely hoppy, quite fruity. Taste malts, hops, grapefruit, firm bitterness. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Quite nice.

Intensiv bitterer Antrunk, Zitrusnoten, herb, trocken. 10/9/10/9//9

Bottle, courtesy of anstei. Orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is resinous hops, a bit of a caramely maltiness, not too fruity, but there is peach and grapefruit there. Taste is light caramel, resins, bitter finish, with light fruity notes as well, pink grapefruit and peaches. Bov describes the mouthfeel accurately with the term "velvety", Sottobisio really does a nice job at achieving this texture, but besides that, it’s a fairly standard Swiss IPA, leaning more towards the old world style. Not a bad one, though!

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pleasant aroma of peach and apricot. Fine foam, but quite heavily carbonization. Mostly bitter and bubbles in the mouth, but there’s a fruity IPA hidden below it.

Hazy light amber color. This seems to be a reasonably good job, but the aroma is not expressing enough hops, the flavor is lightly caramelly, the hopping is resiny, only lightly fruity.
A bit dirty, yeasty, but not bad.
