500ml bottle, online from Brewdog. Pours opaque very dark brown to black with a lasting tan head. Aroma: roast malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel. Taste: sweet roast malts, cocoa, espresso, earthy, ash, oak, hint of booziness. Medium body, tight lasting carb, dry bitter roast finish. Nice

Strong coffee and roast, with some sourness hidden under intense aromas. I feel like infection is a brewery wide thing here, but at least in this one you can't tell so much. Pours black with good mocha head. Tangy finish. Can from DR:NK.

Bottle shared by Beersiveknown @ tasting at his place. Huge thanks Steve! Opaque black color, medium sized beige to light brown head. Smell and taste malts, hops, lightly roast. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - opaque black and very much like a crema coffee. Nose - wood and whisky. Dark chocolate, toffee. Taste - loads more wood, dank and a really earthy backdrop. Palate - medium to full bodied with a creamy texture. The finish is dry and woody. Overall - really interesting complex beer.

500ml bottle (hic) from the Beerhive. Pours black with a thick tan head. Aromas of light bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, sandalwood. Shoe leather. A box of roses left behind a radiator. Taste is cherry, bourbon, milkshake-like. Creamy texture I guess. Strawberry in there. Something like licking a fire hydrant. Metallic chocolate, chewing the foil. Thyme, strangely, makes an appearance. Long finish.
