An epic Imperial Stout aged in Rum, Mezcal, and Scotch for 11 months, inspired by good times around a campfire with friends.
Taste: Sweet maple syrup mixes with rich oaky tannins and dark chocolate, coating the tongue before offering a spicy lingering taste of chewy liquorice.
Appearance: Jet black with a brown cream-like head.
Nose: Rich, burnt sugar and molasses is buffered by hints of espresso and raisin. Lingering long enough in the glass and warming up this beer starts to reveal hints of sweet spiced rum, pipe tobacco, and smoke, like the last burning embers of a roaring campfire.

Clear dark brown beer, small aery irregular beige head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very roasted, oxidized, soy sauce, some chocolate, wood notes from the barrel. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: wow, very heavy, sticky sugary, some alcohol, bitter roast, sweet, heavy and cloying. Aftertaste: more roast, lots of alcohol, a bit sourish, very heavy and strong beer. A bit too much for me.

Bottle, 11.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, rum and whiskey. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, rum, whiskey, sweet, dark fruit, barrel and a little bitter.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of dusty dark chocolate, Kahlua, chocolate nougat, vanilla, dark sugars, and roasted malts. Flavors of Coffee Crisp bars, chocolate syrup, vanilla, dark sugar, and oily roasted malts. Slight rum influence. Thick and sweet. Very good

33cl bottle. Black wax, hard to remove once again. Poured black in color, thick and oily. Overly sweet with vanilla notes, wood, molasses, syrup and notes of salt and toffee. Just an insane amount of sweetness here.

BD 26102021. Reddish brown black, thin layer of dense cream head. Smells boozy, barrels, sweet. Body is a tad on the thin side, creamy, but quite alcoholic. Tastes heavy sweet, rich, no roast or bitter. All barrels present. Chocolate, candied orange.
