Bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Mostly clear gold with small consistent white top, good lacing. Aroma of citrus (more the sharp lemon end of spectrum), biscuit, cereal, sweet floral notes. Taste follows; its sweet, citric, light resin edge, biscuit, light prickly spice edge, moderate bitterness. Light bodied and very quaffable. Good stuff.

26/2/2022. Bottle shared with the ITFC boys at the Morecambe tasting. From Feral North Drinks, Alnwick. Pours bright golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is citrus, floral, straw, sweet malt, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Easy drinker.

Nice foam on a clear medium gold body. Soft honey and biscuit on the nose. Taste is a very weak cereal, slight grain sweetness, okay carbonation but otherwise wet. Really unmemorable, even for a low key ale.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with thin but attractive lacing. Nose - lemon, flowers and light custard note. Taste - more lemon and biscuits this time. Palate - light bodied, balanced bitterness. Overall - simple but well done!
