Belhaven Black Scottish Stout really is something completely different. Bursting with roast coffee and chocolate flavours, this is a truly genuine and premium pint. Brewed using pure Scottish water and a unique blend of Scottish triple malts sourced from the finest locally grown barley.

Szinte semmi hab, fekete szín. Csokis, kávés, aszalt gyümölcsös illat. Enyhén száraz, aszalt gyümölcsös, csokis ízvilág, hosszú, kávés lecsengéssel. Könnyu, erosen szénsavas, enyhén keseru. Nem rossz, de nem fog maradandó élményt nyújtani.

7 3 7 3 15Draft at Hotel and Folk Pub Terminus, Den Bosch. Dark brown with a thick creamy tan head. Aroma of light roast, chocolate late, toffee and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

$2.75 pint can, Wine Warehouse. Pours creamy dark brown with a soft light brown head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, somewhat sweet. Flavor is creamy chocolates and coffee, has a nice sweet hint that I em enjoying quite a bit.

Canned, 500 ml, courtesy of Luka. Pours reddish brown with off-white head. Light roastiness, malty, bread, some light chocolate. Smooth. Light to medium bodied, watery, thin.

Can, bought in Nerja. Black colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of toffee, soft roasted malt, some cold coffee. Flavour of caramel/toffee, roasted malts, coffee, light bitterness, hint of chocolate. Light bodied. Soft, friendly beer.

Bottle at home. Black short lasting fizzy beige head. Sweet pils malts, light sugary, soft roast, some coffee bad dark chocolate, a bit herbal at the finish. It’s about medium sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. I expected this to be more dry, but it’s more sweet and watery.

Can at Taplow’s Queensville. Pitch black under a tiny off white head. Dark roast on the nose. Light+ coffee and molasses bitterness. Slightly thin creamy mouth with soft carbonation and a dry finish. Drinkable.

Deep brown. Creamy, smooth, medium bodied. Lightly toasted malt, chocolate, light fruit notes. Finish is lightly roasted malts with some chocolate. Not so bad.
