Diese Neuinterpretation des um 1900 in britischen Pubs beliebten Ales hat eine fruchtig-würzige Hopfenaromatik mit weichen Malznoten und ausgewogener Bittere. Bei diesem erfrischenden „Mosaik“ aus Hopfen und Malz ist das Hopfenaroma intensiver und die Malznoten stärker ausgeprägt. Aromen von Orangenschale, rotem Pfeffer und Haselnuss runden das Ganze ab.

Draught@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Reddish colour, small beige headf. Aroma is chocolate, floral, some wooden and mild nutty notes as well. Flavour is fruits, red berries, some toffee, bitterness and mild nutty notes to it.

(bottle, 35.5cl) Hazy, brown colour with a beige and short foamy head. Nutty and mildly toasted malty aroma with notes of caramel, chocolate, marzipan, accompanied by fruity notes of red berries, citrus and peach. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Moderately toasty malty base with loads of caramel, hints of chocolate, backed by fruity and delicately resiny hops, getting slightly exotic during the bitter-sweet finish with notes of caramel and chocolate in the aftertaste. 14.V.15
