440ml can. Almost black with a small tan head. Aroma of Crunchie bars, chocolate and honeycomb. Taste is sweet, chocolate, honeycomb, toffee, mild roast, more of a bitter finish than the original had. Medium bodied, smooth. Excellent recreation of Crunchie, was expecting more of an improvement over the original but it's really good.

Draft at the Crafty Taproom, Marlow. Poured almost black with a short-lived, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is big toffee, treacle, caramel, milky fudge. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, light toffee, light liqourice palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. The palate sadly didn’t match the awesome aroma.

Keg @ Tap & Can. Pours dark, solid tan head. Toffee jumping out the glass from the start, big sticky sweet aroma, taste continues with chocolate covered honeycomb notes, gentle roast, nice balanced toffee character, bags of flavour here with a smooth mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

Near black with a frothy tan head and big vanilla vibes on the nose. Sweet flavour majoring on honeycomb with toffee and treacle, soft roasted malt and a sweet finish.

3/7/2021. Can shared with Dan & ITFCfan at the EuroQF beer share. From Hoppily, Leigh-on-Sea. Pours black with a small frothy tan coloured head. Aroma is Cadbury's caramel and crunchie bars, a super sweet milk chocolate, caramel, vanilla and honeycomb mix. Hint of coffee. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Less sweet to taste than the aroma suggests. Really good.

Black beer, light tan head. Smells of malt and honeycomb. Flavour is malty with some honeycomb, a little burnt toast, a dash of chocolate. Sweet in the finish too, as you'd probably expect. Very toasty right through to the end. I'd like this just a little richer but it's decent.

440ml can delivered from the Real Ale Classroom in Leicester and drunk at home. Very dark brown, opaque with a ring of biege/khaki head. Cinnamon, toffee, caramel and milk chocolate in the aroma. Nice taste but really sweet. A lot of flavoured stouts have a hoppy balance in the finish but this is sweet, sweet, sweet all the way through. I like sweet beers so this isn't an issue for me, but do be warned! Finish is a bit short and the body is watery. But all and all it is pretty impressive.

[44cl can from Beer52.] A glossy black pour with a ring of tan head; burnt toffee aroma; smooth and oily in the mouth with well roasted malts giving an earthy depth and some chocolate; then a sweet burnt toffee finish. A Crunchie bar in a glass.
