Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Saturday. Hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of sour peach, grapes, brett, refreshing finish.

Draught No head, hazy yellow beer. Fruit and lactic acid, and somehow pepper already (Szechuan?). Tart, dry flavour, bit grapey, but again a mild form of pepper. Old oaken furniture, waxed. Amazing balance, nowhere overdone. Light body, feels rather well-carbonated, acidthinning and light -burn. More than interesting.

BXLbeerfest 2022
Hapu 🍑 virsik, happeline, funky, puuviljane. Ok.

At BXL. Hazy golden. Soft spicy, peach, lactic, wheat, citrus sour. A bit sharp, bit it’s a really nice blend overall. Good.

Couleur dorée/pâle, col léger blanc.
Arôme est frais entre fruité et épicé parfumé - la pêche est bien présente et accompagne bien les effluves de lambic. Rétro reste léger funk.
Palais garde une belle approche de lambic - pêche est bien présente, tout en subtilité avec un effet poivré (ici c'est plus un côté plus 5 épices). Fini reste bien sec avec un effet poussiéreux.

Cloudy deep blond small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oooh, lovely, super fruity, juicy, peaches, very fruity, lots of brett, amazing! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, hoppy, dry, some tannins, very fruity, all peaches, lovely. Aftertaste: bit dry, fruity, peppery, lots of clean brett, very peaches, amazingly fruity! Lovely beer!
