Draft @ Billie's 2021, shared with Brewver BE crew. Not much info on it, and unsure if this another version of the Saison au Cidre ??
Dorée, léger paille, col fin blanc.
Arôme présente un caractère rustique de suite sur les notes belges - pils, grains concassés avec en retrait un nez fleuri plaisant de pomme/cidre ) léger fleuri.
Palais est léger avec une petite note rustique, pomme cidre ajoutant un belle note de fraicheur. A cela se mélange le léger côté âcre fruité. Houblonné noble, sur des notes fleuries.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, brett. Taste of Brett, tart grapes, woody finish.

12/XI/21 - sample @ Billies Craft Beer Festival Day 1 (Waagnatie, Antwerp), BB: n/a (2021-1274) Thanks to the Brewver crew and other beer buddies for sharing today’s beers!
Little cloudy orange blond beer, small creamy yellowish head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, sour, vinegar notes, weird too, probably infected? Soapy, some tannins. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bitter start, some tannins, dry, apple skin, funky, soft acidity, soft acidity. Aftertaste: apple skin, dry, funky, decent but weird!
