On tap at Beer Temple, pours a hazy bright amber red with a small white head. Aroma is largely a function of the elderflower, followed by apple and pear skins, and gentle horse blanket. Flavour is fruity and dry, revealing tons of elderflower, apple skins, plenty of brett and horse blanket. Dry, fruity and balanced well, leaving tons of elderflower on the finish. Good stuff.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 07/01/23. Golden copper with a reddish glint topped with a light crimson cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is red berry skins, herb, hedgerow, apple skins, perfume, elderflower nip. Taste comprises tangy apple, light acidic tickle, blackcurrant pips, more prominent elderflower, mellow funk, vinous, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. If flavoured ciders were always this good I'd pay them a lot more attention!

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Reddish amber colour, short-lived pink foam head and aroma of berry, rosehip, funky & fruity. Taste is tart, berries, fruity, raspberry, apple, some quince, grape and floral elderflower notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sour fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle picked up from HOTM. A hazed plummy red coloured pour with a fine pinkish white head. Aroma is nice big bretty funk, horse, rosehip, petals, funky woodland berries, light musty funk. Flavour is composed of tart pickily berries, raspberry, sharp quince, floral notes, elderflower and lavender. Nice delicate funk, brett. Palate is tart and crisp, fine highish carbonation massages the tongue, prickly finish. Nice depth and flavour in delicate balance.

Taster at MBCC 22. Frozen reddish with white head. Apples, dry, sweetness. some sour apple.

Couleur rosée/orange, col fin blanc peu tenace.
Arôme reste sur une approche mettant bien en avant les pommes et ce malgré le côté hybride usant de tous les autres fruits/baies. Le rétro-nasal garde une côté fleuri avec l'usage du sureau.
Palais sur une effervescence marquée et de suite complété par une bonne sécheresse. Comme pour la Flora Disco, le sureau se note bien, à cela viennent s'ajouter les notes fines des autres fruits - effet plus discret de la framboise et myrtille. Le coing, je n'ai pas pu le noter.

Clear pink to red orange cider, no head. Aroma: weird, very funky, bit dirty, some red fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, very fruity, berries, nice and refreshing, lots of apple juice, some raspberries, very nice and complex. Aftertaste: dry, funky, juicy, fruity, little bitter, some tannins, good stuff! Really like it!
