Backlog august 2016. Clear, deep amber body under a nice, dense beige head. Nice, sharp aroma of roasted malt, pine and hint of coffee and dark fruits. Taste has dark roasted malt, fruity bitterness, pine and some coffee and dark chocolate. Fine body, long lasting aftertaste.

Aus der Flasche am 2016-11 getrunken. Ein Rye IPA was null Hopfenbitterkeit aber dafür eine tolle Graphafruitnote hat, die nicht dominiert aber mit seiner Citrus-Bitterkeit super abrundet daher kommt. Mit den +8% ist es immernoch super süffig. Tolles Bier!

Bottle. Pours opaque black with huge off-white foamy head. Aroma is malt, caramel, apple, licorice caramel and hints of soy sauce. Taste is light to medium sweet, very intense bitter and faint acidic. Busy is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and very bitter with notes is sugar, malt, sweet licorice, bitter grapefruit, bitter cos lettuce, bitter chocolate and red grape skin. Very well balanced.

KØLF 120816. Black color with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, hop, coffee, chocolate. flavor is roasted malt, hop, coffee, chocolate, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Full body. Very nice beer.

Bottle at Bishops Arms Gamla Stan. Black with a tan head. Aroma of light roasted malt, hops, some coffee and citrus. Similar taste. The body was almost full and the finish bitter.
