Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Citrus, a hint of salt and white wine in the aroma. Citrus, chloride, oak and white wine in the flavor. Some floral hops, well balanced. Nice.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy yellow with small off white head. The aroma is oak, funk, yeast. Medium body, yeast, grape skin, light funk, very good.

On tap at Taphouse. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a small white head. On the sweet side with citrus, malt, oak and light funk.
Bottle 3700/6480. Wow. Loads of chardonnay which blends magnificently with the saison. Malty, yeasty, supervinous. Gorgeous balance.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 22nd March 17. Pours light rich straw in colour. Aroma is fresh, vineous, bitter, barrel, wood. Taste is complex, slight, slight vineous, some sour, barrel, wood notes, lovely

Bottle @ Ma Che Siete, Roma. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, white wine, wood, fruits, pepper and malt. Nice fruity finish.
