Hazy golden color with huge creamy white head. Aroma is white wine, with body, not just the grape fruitiness. Some funky yeasts as well. Taste is white winey, slightly funky, slightly phenolic-boozy. Smooth carbonation. Good!

Bottle. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. moderate bitter strange flavor. Chardonay wine much to dominating. Average moderate bitter fniish. Oily palate. Way too messy.

Bottled. A golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, wood, straw, and malt.

Wenig säuerlicher, hefig trockener Antrunk. Gelungen mild würzig wenn auch einen Ticken zu trocken. Mild bitter, süffig, insgesamt rund. 10/10/9/10//10

Bottle 330ml. [ As Brewfist Galaxie Asgardian Saison - Chardonnay Barrel ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, funky, yeast, wine - grapes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dry, tart, fruity, grapes - wine - apple, sweet malt - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Very lively carbonated, orangeish golden beer to whipped eggwhite-like head. Surprisingly outspoken wine nose - and it IS Chardonnay to boot. Lemonpeel, barnyard, garden herbs - lemonbalm. Again Chardonnay wine - even aged. Fine citrusflavour. Again something Bretty-barnyard. Very spritzy feel; medium carbonated, slick. Very nice. Strange "Saison", but who cares, these days?

Bottle (#1018/1812) split at LKS thanks to Lando himself, 03/08/15. Very lightly hazed golden with a moderate off White covering. Nose is tangy citric rinds, straw, light barrel, floral notes, damp hay. Taste comprises pissy citrics, lemon rind, hint of funk, earthy, white grape must, barnyard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent barrelled saison.

Bottleshare at Leighton’s Stratoflat. Thanks to our host for this one. Lightly hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with modest fine carbonation. Mildly savoury brett. Little white wine turning slightly bitter. Touches of tropical fruits, peach and mild pithy orange. Light finish. Mild bitter linger. Nice one.
