Rare DOS aged in Bourbon barrels for 20+ months then on Ancho and Guajillo peppers. These peppers are used for flavor and aroma, not spicy heat, do not expect or be afraid of spicy beer with this one.

Draught sample at MBCC 2021. Pitch black with a thin, tanned head. Sweet aroma and taste with chocolate, bourbon barrel, dark roasted malts. Slightly spiced. Alcohol dense. Nice.

Bourbony chocolate with hints of chilies, not really spicy much, more like a mini ba abraxas.
