Tap@Battersea Brewery, London (05/11/2022) - Crisp toasted sweet bready malty, notes of grass, cereal, straw, crisp mouthfeel, light to medium body, bitter hoppy finish. Pretty nice and easy drinking fayre.

Keg at the brewery. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white topping. Lightly sweet flavour, simple doughy biscuits, a little straw, yeast. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, some sourdough, more doughy biscuits. Easygoing, drinkable beer.

Half-Pint, tap, shared with Finn at the brewpub at Battersea Brewery. Steady white head over a misty pale golden body, lacing rings down the glass. Restrained smell of grain with a citric note. Mixed taste profile of cereal malts and noble hops. Ends with a smooth grainy bitter bite. Satisfying. (London 20.11.2021).

Can bought at the brewpub. Sweet yeasty aroma. A hint of spice but not an aroma that inspires confidence. Light gold. Despite being unfiltered it's not particularly hazy. Frothy white head soon shrinks. Medium sweet. Saccharine. The underlying bitterness struggles to make its presence known. Light bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. It's awful but just another overly sweet lager despite all the Pilsner style hops.

Fra fat på Battersea Brewery aug-19: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Behagelig aroma og smak av Saaz-humler og fin bitterhed i afslutningen. Halvtørr og lettdrikkelig. God humleprofil med fin balanse mellom urter og litt besk citrus.
