Tap at Salon Piva, courtesy of the brewer. It’s a decent apricot wild, but let’s face it, apricot always works in beer so that’s not that big of an achievement. It’s also fairly acidic and funky with earthy, leathery notes. It’s alright but I’m used to much more from WC tbh.

Bottle from Erlings Jazz Bar @ Home. Heavy gusher (more like a small explosion) that pours murky burnt orange with a small offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, little malt, yeast, tart fruit, rich apricot. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, little malt, yeast, rich tart fruit, rich apricot, light vinegar. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. Shame half the bottle ended all over the place :( 080224

Apricot is certainly present. Would be better with less for the price. Sourness is mild, fruit is strong. Good beer but overpriced at 17€ per 750ml. U kunstatu prague

0,1l glass from bottle at Wild Creatures during Wild Days. Amber murky color, small white head. smells apricots, stone fruits, super jammy, subtle vanilla and cinnamon. Super lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes apricots, apricot jam, stone fruits, cinnamon. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apricots, stone fruits and cinnamon notes. Damn lovely, tad heavy, but great complexity

Slow gusher. Murky, dark yellow colour. Really intense fruity aroma with some farmhouse funk too. Loads of apricot. Moderately tart, close to sherbet. Funky taste.

Draught 2020 Ed. Small, if stable off-white head over hazy ochre beer. Sour, apricot, fresh fruit, bit grapey, wild yeasts. Sour fruit with apricot, unripe nectarine; finish is apricot liqueur with a lactic acid ending. Sharp acidity, enhanced by the good carbonation, light dry-out effect, acidthinning. Sharper than most Wild Creatures, if still very enjoyable.

Hazy orange golden. Lots of funk, apricot, orange, herbal weedy wet funk galore. Medium sweet and sour with some bitterness.
