Letos jsme ke dni Svatého Václava uvařili spodně kvašené Svatováclavské 14°. V pivu byl použit jen plzeňský slad a trocha kyselého na snížení hladiny pH. Kořeněné a květinové aroma pak pivu dodal chmel Bohemie.

750ml Bottle - Shared with Marko. Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Honey and floral hops are in the aroma. The taste is grassy with floral hops, honey and a twist of lemon.

Bottle from Base Camp, huge thanks SaintMatty for sharing! Hazy yellow-golden body, white head - small but it's fairly lasting. Soft, lightly herbal, vaguely flowery hoppy aroma. Lean taste, herbal, spicy, vaguely, vaaaguely citric, bit metallic, eggy, light dry malty taste, mildly soft, almost ending a bit astringent. Humm, a bit messy, but okay.
