A bright lemon, tangerine zip on the nose leads to a lean body with delicately firm hop bitterness. Crisp and lighter on the malts than his Bavarian cousin, this Italian Pilsner is instead generously dry hopped with noble German hops of Saphir and Mittelfruh. Deliciously crisp and light yet punchy at 4.5% this small entirely pintable Italian Pilsner is a perfect friend to have around when you are Cuttin' Grass.

30/10/2025. Keykeg at Norwich Beer Festival (Castle Social). Hazy pour. Aroma is worty, malty, biscuit, straw. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Worty finish. Miss for me, unusually for this brewery.

Keg at Indymanbeercon 2022 with Stuu666 and cgarvieuk. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of straw and grass. Taste is lemon and grass again. Clean finish.

440ml can. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of lemon citrus, malt. Taste is malt, straw, and lemony hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and butter, like a fresh Czech pils. The flavor is lemons, hops, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. I'd rather drink a Tipo.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Butter hops on the nose. Grassy, light bitter and hoppy note. Just not right.

Tap. Cloudy amber, offwhite cream. Orangepeel citric hops, lightly oxidized, medium light crisp body, a bit cake, orange marmelade, restrained herbal backstop.
