Bottled 2021. Copper body, with a medium, white head. Aroma of funk, wood, citrus, apple, moderate vin jaune and curry. Tastes similar, while quite acidic. Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes dry, medium acidic, wooden, citric, with apple zest, moderate curry. Good, while I was expecting more. The taste is too acidic for me and the Vin Jaune not that prominent. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

Taster From bottle at home. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells volatile acid, earthy, grassy, pickels. Ok smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, lactic, some curry, tobacco, peppery. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of curry, lactic and peppery notes. Rather nice one, but also rather on the sour side, expected a bit more. Overall good stuff

Bottle. Dunno where from. Maybe via Beer Gonzo. Fuck me, I thought my ratings were bad! At least I’m not doing this seriously anymore. Clear copper colour. Thin dense white foam. Touch of soy. Sherry soaked wood. Taste is moderately sweet. Some balsamic tartness. Acidic and fairly dry. Big upset in our house this. Missus loves it. It’s giving me grief.

Pours a completely clear amber colour and an off white head with zero retention. Aroma's: sourish, just slightly funky, and I get a hint of butter? Retronasal it's sourish, woody/tnnine, vinous - a bit sherry-like. Flavour is sour with light sweetness. Light bodied. Good carbonation. Finishes with something like liquor, but that's probably the vin jaune.
