This brew is for all the amazing people we have met whilst enjoying craft beer at Billie's, at our brewery and of course Station 1280: an American IPA with Strata, Centennial & a bucketload of Citra.

Clear orange blond beer, nice dense creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, fruity, juicy, dank hops, sweaty feet, cheesy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness up front, very dank, hoppy, resinous, gentle bitterness, hoppy, sweet caramel malty backbone. Aftertaste: sweet, tropical fruits, juicy, some coconut, nice bitterness.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7

Pours slightly hazed yellow. Medium small white head. Scent is rich, stonefruit, melon, rather intense. Taste is medium bitter, rather creamy. Simple pale malts, hoparoma (melon) really carries the beer. Medium to medium high carbo.
