‘Merica is a single malt, single hop farmhouse ale. It’s brewed with floor malted pilsner and 3lbs per bbl Nelson Sauvin hops. The beer is conditioned with 2 brett strains and wine yeast. The Nelson hops provide white wine flavors while Brettanomyces add a juicy quality to the beer.

At home, at Epalinges, preparing the mushrooms that I have found today. Interesting and rather complex beer, really sparkling, be careful, opening the bottle to avoid a Vesuvian effect. The aromas are fruity, bitter, tart, mineral and a bit spicy, fruity, 10.10.20

12 ounce can. Clear pale gold color. Rocky white head. Massive lacing. Funky, vinous yeasty aroma. Biscuit malt flavor. Notes of white wine, yeasty funk and lemon zest. Light bodied. Finishes with notes of pear, apple and white wine. Quite a nice Saison.

Can, from TapRm. Pours lightly cloudy golden with foamy white head, light earthy malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter earthy malt taste, thin body, long finish. Decent saison.

Tasty saison, with a nice blend of cloves, cut grass, apples, vanilla, and floral hop notes. Smooth, easy-drinking texture makes it even better. ‘Merica—fuck yeah.

Bottle @ Dangerous Bottleshare 11 thanks to Vestergaard and Rasmusott! Pours hazy pale yellow with a soapy medium head. Aromas of mango, citrus, brett, funk, sweet esters, light grapey tartness, pears. Taste is pretty, sweet, grainy, dusty and peppery. Pears, bread, some tropical fruits.
