Can. Pours brown. Bourbon, vanilla, maple, sweet sticky honey cake, caramelized nuts, chocolate, sweet sticky cake. Good body. Outstanding.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark mahogany with a slight, transient tan head. Maple wafts from the pour. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is maple, heat, barley malt, treacle and notes of wood. Slightly astringent, yet sweet. Bitter? Yes, but heat or hop? It is quite tasty ale. Excellent.
Dec/06/2021, Dang I might like this even more than regular SJ but maybe I'm just fiending a maple old fashioned right now. Thick thick maple flavor on bourbon bil love. The beer itself is medium light body but check out that head. Damn delicious.

Can. Pours clear hazel, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is maple, toffee, hint of whiskey, vanilla. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light bitter. Medium body. A bit less syrup in the post would have been nice.

5 oz from Orange & Brew. Brown beer with ruby highlights, thin ring of foam around rim. Sweet maple smell. Taste is big on maple, too. Smooth, smooth, no bitterness. Thick mouthfeel disguises the alcohol. It is very close to simply maple syrup with a slight kick.

Draft at 8DP. Pours a dark brown with a finger of beige head that lingers. Maple and bourbon on the nose with toasted caramel and light fig notes. Drying on the palate but the maple really comes in well. Bourbon, oak, maple and toffee on top of a dry finish.
