5-6% abv. Malted barley. Dry and light-bodied to better showcase the individuality of the hops in both aroma and flavour. A basic recipe is followed, with each batch utilising different hop varieties from around the world based on seasonality, availability, and the whims of the brewer.

Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, vinous notes and grass. Taste is smooth, hoppy and fruity with some vinous notes and citrus. Finish is smooth and hoppy with some bitterness and fruits. Okay.

Draft @ ML Fontainas.

On tap at Moeder Lambic. Golden color with small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, peaches, very sweet fruits - fantastic. Taste is balanced fruity, tropical, refreshing. Lovely bitterness. Medium-low carbonation. Very good!

Bottle from Cotterige Wines, Birmingham. Poured a cloudy yellow with a broken white head. The aroma is big floral fruity and caramel. The flavour is bitter grassy and floral. Typical Nelson Saivin. A superb pale ale and great value for money.

Purchase at the Brewery and drank at home in Jan ’12@ 5.4% ABV. Pours a murky orange colour, you can’t see your fingers even if you wiggle them on the other side of the glass !!! Small white head throughout drinking. Fantastic aroma, Nelson Sauvin hops, pine, hops, pine - it’s all in the nose on this beer! Some tropical fruits in the flavour, maybe mango, slight grapefruit taste. definite taste of wood and slight spicing. Sour to bitter in the aftertaste, dryish finish. Medium bodied beer, little carbonation.

500ml bottle at 5.5%. Pours a slightly hazy orange gold with a small head. Aroma is subtle, lime and mango. Taste is a little bland, some watery lime to start and mango in the light, bitter finish.
