Potěší vás jednoduchým a pevně semknutým výrazem mírné ovocnosti, až skoro funky zemitosti a kořenitosti, zakončených překvapivě mírně nasládlým a jemně tříslovinovým dozvukem. Zkrátka svěží letní potěšení.

Tap at Lajka. Unclear Pale golden color with medium thick persistent white head. Aroma of fruity esters, spicy phenols, light malt, saison yeast, light hops. Taste is nicely fruits estery, spicy phenols, light malt. Nice.

Draught, 3.8% at the brewpub. Refreshing aroma, citric with a floral hop note. Hazy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is citric, faintly lemony. Clove. White bread. Floral hop.

13.8.2021. Tap at the brewery. 2021 edition is 8°P, called Fe. Med-thin body, high carbonation. Assertive saisony spiciness in aroma and flavour. Light wheat, light funk of the washing cloth kind - not a stranger to some saison style beers. A good beer overall, easy drinking, true to style imo, just not exactly my favourite. 7.2.

Well attenuated, nicely showcasing the saison yeast, soft spiciness, peppery, cloveish, subtle fruity esters, no fruit in particular though. Med-light flowery, spicy hops character. Light sweetness, med-light bitterness. Very easy drinking, well balanced, great beer. 8.6

On tap at Lajka Prague, shared with hrabren. Unclear yellow/pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and light fruity nose. Citrusy, herbal, spicy, slightly perfumed and mild yeasty with dry finish. Refreshing.

On tap at Lajka, Prague. Shared with Ogi. Hazy golden to orange, medium creamy white head. Quite peppery, phenolic, citrusy, grainy. Light, smooth, citrusy, herbal, nice phenolic character. Quite drinkable, quite thin. Light dry finish. Nicely done.

Tap at the brewpub. Misty yellow body, white head. Tart, citric, fruity, white wine, spicy, liightly earthy, bit on the tart, funky side, if vaguely so. Citric taste, lean, light light white wine, dryish, lightly juicy, trace astringency jn the finish. Simple but effective. Good really as a whole!

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- wheat, spicy, coriander, flowery, vanilla, touch of citrus, apple. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Good.
