Komfortní sladově orientovaný tmavší ale. Velmi lehký a přesto bohatý díky nízkému prokvašení a komplexnímu složení sladů vyvážených jemnými ovocnými estery a skrytým, ale pro celkové vyznění piva podstatným chmelem – použili jsme klasický britský East Kent Golding.
Více o pivu

Vůně je ovocně-sušenková a jemně pražená, v chuti tóny čajových sušenek a neslazeného kakaa. Chuťově plné se sladovým, ale suchým dozvukem. Lehké zimní potěšení.

Obsah alkoholu: 3,8 %
Slady: pale ale, melanoidní, vídeňský, ovesné vločky, crystal, carared, brown, carafa spezial

Draught, 3.8% at the brewpub. Weak caramelly aroma. Clear copper colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is caramelly and roasted, rustic and fruity. Mild rye bread notes. I do not often get to taste a mild, and this one is pretty good.

Tap at the brewery. Rather thin body, medium-low carbonation. Medium malt presence, mostly subtle toasted bready notes, light nutty, hint of roast. Light sweetness, medium bitterness. Hops character is light, subtle grassy earthy notes, but overall rather malty. Well balanced and also quite classic feeling. Easy drinking, clean. Quite good beer, nice example of style.

Tap at Lajka. Misty brownish body, off-white head, thick, medium retention. Perfumey, pungent malty aroma, chocolate, dried fruit, lightly flowery, caramel... Lean taste, dried apricot on dry taste, herbal notes near the finish, no bitterness lightly minerally, takes the finish. Yup, true to style, nice enough, the mildly tart herbal touches near the finish.
