Taster at BXLBeerfest. Red Murky color, small white head. smells of berry, very funky, earthy, wood, cheesy. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes very funky, earthy, grassy, berry notes, cheesy. Finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of berries, lots of funk and earthy notes.very good one, very funky, not much fruit

At BXL. Hazy dull reddish orange. Lovely Boon funk, wheat, soft cranberry, oak, red currants. A ton of funk here, and medium sourness. Lovely.

'#3' but so far we haven't really made the difference that clear between batches. Anyway.
Pours unclear amberblonde. Scent is full, manure, funk. Earthy, dirt-fruity. Taste is sharp, tart, lemon-like fruityness ( cranberry). Very funky.

Draught Small rim over orangey-terra cotta beer, veiled. Delicate fruitnose, as rosehips or lingonberry indeed, bit of musk, and also the leaves/plants of lingonberry. Sharp sourish flavour, berries, if less specific; lemonjuice, lactic acid; tart. Very sharp acidity, light body by the acidthinning, good carbonation. Nose is just great - the rest, however...

Clear orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: weird, funky, dirty, spicy, peppery touch, dirty brett, still not my favorite (I remember highly disliking this version in series 2). MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, fruity, good acidity, funky, dry, spicy, bit peppery. Aftertaste: clean acidity, fruity, berries, little bitter, some tannins, nice and funky, some overripe banana. Just checked my old rating, funny how this banana is coming back in this year’s version as well…
