Still Medium Dry Fine Perry
Made from a blend of perry pears including: Blakeney Red, Red Pear, Red Longdon, Gin, Oldfield & Butt, that were harvested in late October, from Herefordshire orchards. Slightly darker in colour than perry often is, the aroma & taste suggests figs, dates & pears. Rich on the palate; succulent & warming with fresh citrus acidity & lovely tannins. A vinous, chewy & flavourful perry. Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 6.4 % vol

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM i think. A very clear pale golden coloured pour with a fading short lived loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, golden pears, apple, white sugars, light woody notes, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy pear, light woody tannin, green apple, to tangy finish. Fresh and vibrant. Palate is semi sweet and tangy, mellow carbonation.

Bottle pour @ the Full Monty. Pale gold color. Still. Lovely nose with a touch of nail polish, sweet pears, citrus. Dry and puckery flavor, light fruity sweetness, nice tannins. Complex and balanced. Great.

Bottle at home, from HOTM online (IIRC), 08/01/22. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with a fast collapsing white head ... a few floaties offered for good measure! Nose is pear skins, orchard wood, vinous, dusty straw, wood. Taste comprises tangy pear, orchard wood, green berry tinges, light funk. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, big drying close. Solid perry action ... peared (pardon the pun) well with some strong cheeses.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a unclear golden with a white head. Aroma is pear, sweet, fruity, tannins. Taste is tannins, pears, carbonated.

Sample, many thanks to you Ed. Pours clear pale gold. Aroma brings fairly light sweet perry fruit, expected a little more. Taste is startlingly clear, gentle gooseberry, white wine, mild perry fruit, light carbonation. Excellent clarity of flavour, gentle slick acidity, drinks almost like a white wine on the palate. Really good.

750ml bottle with cork from Fine Cider Co. Pale golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of perry pear, floral. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, some light wood barrel notes, and fruity, floral, citric, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry, mouth puckering finish. Nicely drinkable.
