Bottle sample courtesy Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is green apple, candied pear and hints of funk. Taste is a nice mix of sweet and sour. A combination of pear and lemon drops with a nice sour twist. Very nice.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a bright white yellow clearing, head was bubbles. Aroma is musty pears, horse blanket, underlying sweetness. Taste is ripe pears, leathery, citrus, tingly.

9/11/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma is mucky, citric, sweet, pear, touch of caramel and musty wood. Medium sweetness, light sour. Medium body, light sparkling carbonation. Hint of baked pear with sweet vanilla custard to finish. Really grew on me, enjoyable.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy bubbly white foam head and aroma of mucky funk, pear. Taste is sweetish, fruity pear, fleshy, alittle mucky funk, zingy citric rind, some tartness. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry citric finish. Nicely drinkable.
