500ml bottle online from Blas Ar Fwyd, North Wales. Pours clear gold with dissipating opaque bubbles. Aroma: apple, caramel. Taste: medium to sweet, apple, light citric acidity, low tannins. Light to medium body with low carbonation. Simple but fine.

500ml bottle from Bottle & Barrel, Aberystwyth. Shared with Soph by the river. Clear gold appearance. Mild crisp fleshy crunch to this, nicely fruity with a gentle core bitterness. Fine.

500ml bottle. Sparkling, golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, some funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, tangy, with some citric acidity, funk and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.
